Donkey Milk Skin Gel Mask by SOOAE – Product Review

Posted on Posted in Beauty

Lovelies,

Walking the aisles of Walmart I came to find this on the Cosmetic section.  The ancient beauty Cleopatra is known for her incredible beauty and is said to have taken milk baths. According to legend, it took at least 700 farmed donkeys for her daily milk baths. If it’s good enough for the Queen of the Nile, it’s good enough for us.

Donkey milk is hydrating and has four times the amount of vitamin C than cow’s milk. The many vitamins, proteins, minerals, and essential fatty acids make this ingredient a potent and effective one for your skin. It’s hydrating and brightening, and it’s believed to help with eczema, acne, and psoriasis.  This also contains, Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, D, and E.

So I thought to try this Donkey Milk Skin Gel Mask by SOO AE

Ingredients / Warnings:

Claim:

These traditional fabric sheet masks with hydrogel technology to improve delivery of active and moisturizing ingredients that improve skin’s ability to absorb into the skin.  The added benefits of the antioxidant-rich Green Tea, Salmon Egg Extract, Acer Saccharum (Sugar Maple) Extract and Tremella Fuciformis (Mushroom) Extract deliver youthfully supple skin plumped with moisture and radiance for a soft, glowing and healthy complexion.

Look:

This is so kind of sticky and thick and we have holes for eyes, nose, and mouth.  Easy kind of messy.

My Experience:

A transparent cotton mask lined sheet filled with gel substance and the sheet has holes for eyes, nose, and mouth.  Just take the sheet out of the pack and then place on the face correctly this feels cool on my face.  This is scent free.  As per the direction need to keep this for 20 mins but still, I find the sheet is still wet so I kept 10 mins more and took off the sheet.  OMG!  this is so awesome, this brightens the skin, moisturize and makes the skin so soft to touch.  I love this mask as it gives a kind of glow.

Q&A:

Do they nourish, glow and brighten the skin?

Yes, they absolutely nourish the skin after the removal of the mask you could find the skin look healthier. it plums the skin and I don’t feel the moisturizing effect after some time so I usually used my moisturizer.  It definitely gives a glow and brightness to the skin.

Does any irritation experience?

No, I don’t feel any irritation.

Worth for Money?

I feel this is a bit costlier for a single mask.

Will I be buying this again or recommend to you?

Of course, it works well and I would recommend this to give you a try.

My Suggestion in numbers:

  • Doing what they claimed:4.8/5
  • Packing: 4.5/5 (kind of messy which is unavoidable)
  • Cost: 4.5/5

Overall Rating:  13.8/15
